Our History

A legacy of three generations of concern, commitment, and quality care for the senior community.

The late William C. Davis Sr. was a man of "VISION."  The creed he lived by was from Proverbs 29:18, "Where there is no vision, the people perish."  His vision of quality homes for the senior community began in 1962.  A few of his accomplishments included a CPA practice, owning and operating nursing homes, and serving as President of the Georgia Health Care Association in 1976.  His son, William C. Davis Jr. "Bill" and wife, Wanda, became nursing home owners and operators in 1973.  Their senior care services expanded to include owned and leased skilled nursing facilities, Assisted Living Apartments, Senior Independent Living Villas, and Specialized Memory Care.

Crossroads Medical Management was formed in 1993 and developed into a full service financial, clinical, and operations management company providing services at many levels along the senior care continuum.  William C. Davis, III "Chip" joined Crossroads Medical Management in 2003 as the Chief Financial Officer involved in clinical and financial operations.  Today, Crossroads Medical Management manages 7 skilled nursing facilities in Georgia and employs over 700 employees combined.

It is the policy of this facility that no person, (ie. residents, employed personnel, and/or visitors), on the grounds of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, age, sex, or handicap be denied the benefits of or be subjected to discrimination under any admission programs, activities, financial assistance programs, training programs, or employment practices.
